O.U.P.V. = Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel - (Six Pack)
For Assistance Towing Endorsement an applicant must pass a written examination
demonstrating his or her knowledge of assistance towing, safety, equipment, and procedures.(46 CFR 10.482)
